"In early 2020, due to Covid-19, we decided to convert our offices to a residential home. We selected Paul’s company because he was recommended, and he sounded like he knew what he was doing. He provided a detailed quotation. After works began we changed and amended the specification frequently, including major changes like lowering ground floors and replacing complete mezzanine floors. Paul was able to design complex staircase solutions and build what we wanted, without completely detailed architects drawings. His expertise ranged from installing massive steel beams to advising on door hinges. Communication is vital and we were always aware of the current situation, any delivery delays or problems, and progress on almost a daily basis by telephone and/or email. His staff and subcontractors delivered quality solutions, and if they did fall short, Paul made sure they came back to get it right. Years of experience meant that Paul knew the answers before we'd asked the questions! The result was that our four bedroom, two bathroom, mezzanine flat in NW5 was finished to a high standard and exceeded our expectations. We moved in during August 2021. Everybody who visits says what a great job was done. We are loving our new home and have no hesitation in recommending Paul’s company.
